Development de nouvelles technologies d'imagerie de l'oeil et pour mesurer les proprietes biomechaniques et vasculaires de l'oeil. Etudes sur le development de "Space-Associated Neuro-ocular Syndrome" chez les astronauts de NASA (Laboratoire a Johnson Space Center). Etudes sur les cellules souches dans le regenerescence de la system de drainage de l'oeil en glaucome experimentale. Development de la therapie Genique pour le glaucome avec technologie CRISPR. Etudes cliniques et experimentaux.

Biographie
Médecin ophtalmologue, le docteur Mark Lesk est Directeur de l'Unité de Recherche en Glaucome de la Centre de Recherche de l'Hôpital Maisonneuve-Rosemont. Il est également Professeur Titulaire au Département d'ophtalmologie de l'Université de Montréal, et Ophtalmologiste Chef de la Centre Universitaire d'Ophtalmologie de Universite de Montreal, a l'Hôpital Maisonneuve-Rosemont.
