Dr. Jabbour est un ophtalmologiste clinicien-chercheur spécialisé dans le traitement des maladies complexes du segment antérieur de l'œil, notamment les greffes de cornée et la reconstruction de la surface oculaire, y compris les greffes de cellules souches limbiques. Ses domaines de recherche englobent les affections de la surface oculaire, ainsi que les techniques avancées en kératoplastie, chirurgie de la cataracte et chirurgie réfractive. Par ailleurs, Dr. Jabbour possède une expertise en santé publique et poursuit actuellement une maîtrise avec une concentration en épidémiologie et biostatistique.
